When you always pursue happiness, it will be elusive because, despite wishing to feel happy, you would find reasons to be far less happy.

Reminding yourself of the negative aspects of your life or the things that aren't perfect makes it hard to find true happiness.

The good news is that you can! Through the use of affirmations, people can change their lives, one happier thought after another. You'll be shocked with how quickly a person can integrate these affirmations into their life.
